I came here for brunch on a Sunday afternoon and it was a lovely buzzy atmosphere. I had the buttermilk fried chicken and the food was fantastic. My partner is a seafood lover and got the gumbo and the chop salad with fried oysters and he said it was awesome. Our waiter was fantastic too, overall a great experience.

I love this place! This must be a visit. Me and my wife are not usually eating grits in our neighborhood restaurant but their grits is different! This will make us, planning to get back again sooner or later. Our waitress (Amy) offered a superb and perfectly match desert after our meal. Yeah, she did great during our brunch date visiting Birmingham. All of our foods are delicious and tasteful! Thank y'all.

Our server Chris was exceptional and Aaron behind the bar did not disappoint (but he was raised right). Everything was so tasty and you can tell the kitchen was not afraid to season the food well. Put this on your "must visit now" list immediately.

Celebrated a birthday and experienced the brunch menu. The grits were rich and creamy. The fried crab claws were our favorite and the beignets.

Comfortable farm to table restaurant hidden in a neat alley of shops. So hidden, Goggle can’t get the map correct. White tablecloths, warmly lit, beautiful bar and regular local customers filled the place even though it was almost 9. Our server was kind and attentive. She and other servers filled our glasses before they were half empty, and checked on us to ensure everything was delicious, which it was. We came in late and they graciously served us. Cozy booths line the wall have pillows for comfort. Cornbread sticks and rolls with butter started the meal, followed by fried crab claws with a crisp flavorful coating. Worth the search for a variety of fresh oysters. I had the autumn fennel salad with satsumas and belle chevre & it was delicious. Shrimp and grits with corn cake has large shrimp cooked to perfection. Dessert was over the top. Chef’s grandmother’s pecan pie was yummy with fresh pecans and tender crust. The lemon pie was also tasty. Definite repeat when I’m in the area. Beautiful Christmas lights on the streets around the building.
